Scotch Frost ceases to trade

November 8, 2025

Sadly it is now confirmed that every employee of Scottish food firm ‘Scotch Frost’ has lost their jobs as the company enters administration.

Based in Uddingston, Scotch Frost specialised in the ethnic food market, importing and distributing to Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, New Zealand and South America.

Despite a petition to Hamilton Sheriff Court by their directors, all 17 jobs have been lost with liquidators appointed.
