Weekend Weather Outlook

August 2, 2025

A lovely, beautiful start to the day in Lanarkshire. Clear blue skies with plenty of sunshine for Saturday is in the forecast. Becoming cloudier later in the day, but staying dry throughout the day.

Saturday evening will see some showers spreading inland which may be prolonged at times through the night. Sunday much of the same.

Make the most of the weekend though, as Monday’s Storm Floris will arrive bringing unseasonably high winds and heavy rain. So much so a weather warning has been issued and it may be a good idea to tie down your garden furniture!
