Co-Op Shoppers Discount

June 18, 2025

Retailer Co-op is offering members £10 off a minimum spend of £40, as a goodwill gesture following a recent cyber attack.

The supermarket chain admitted it is still recovering from last month’s breach, which saw a large amount of customer data compromised by hackers.

While the discount may seem generous, industry experts have pointed out that many shoppers don’t typically spend £40 in a single visit, meaning the offer may have limited appeal.
