A community group in Douglas has launched an appeal to save their local hotel.
The Douglas Community Development Company (DCDC) has officially launched a crowdfunding campaign to support the next phase of restoring the historic Douglas Arms Hotel.
The hotel, located on the Main Street has been vacant for some time.
“This project isn’t just about saving a building — it’s about revitalising the heart of our village,” said a spokesperson for DCDC.
