Volunteers from across Lanarkshire have been recognised for their outstanding dedication to local cadet forces, receiving prestigious Lord Lieutenant’s Certificates of Meritorious Service.
Six exceptional adult volunteers from the Airdrie & Coatbridge and East Kilbride Sea Cadet units, the Glasgow & Lanarkshire Battalion Army Cadet Force, and the RAF Air Cadets’ West of Scotland Wing HQ and 449 (Lanark) Squadron were honoured at a special ceremony held at Summerlee Industrial Heritage Museum in Coatbridge.
